The process often begins with a 3 hour or full day workshop and integrates subsequent planning and coaching sessions.

Navigating & Sustaining Change is a consulting process for district leaders. It walks through developing a growth mindset related to changes to encounter and moves into becoming change agents.  

We start with one of the workshop options and integrate a series of application and extension sessions within PLCs or leadership teams throughout the year to walk out the implementation process.

CULTIVATING A GROWTH MINDSET
  

This interactive workshop focuses on the role growth or fixed mindsets have on the change process. It provides a foundation for approaching transition with a readiness to learn personally as well as providing tools to teach others how to cultivate a growth mindset.

This series of advance training and implementation has a exponential impact. Teams choose a focus topic for each day which includes input, collaborative processing and direct application to upcoming individual or team projects.
